The Wireless I/O and Gateway, part number 215U-2, enables the wireless transmission of digital and analog signals via WLAN. With a transmission speed of up to 108 Mbps and a transmit power of 100 mW, it is ideal for short distances, such as those found in wastewater treatment plants. This versatile device can function as an access point, client, bridge, or router and offers a wide range of connectivity options, including Ethernet 10/100BaseT and RS232/485. Featuring eight digital inputs and outputs, as well as four analog inputs and two analog outputs, it provides a flexible solution for various applications. WPA2 encryption ensures secure data transmission. The device is designed for DIN rail mounting and can be operated with a voltage of 9 to 30 VDC. Furthermore, it is designed for an operating temperature range of -30 to +65 °C, making it reliable even under demanding conditions.
